Project Manager-Tampa-Construction

• Plan and oversee construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met.
• Manage procurement processes and negotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractors.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues or delays.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and senior management.
• Lead project teams, fostering collaboration and maintaining clear communication.
• Identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful project outcomes.
