Project Manager - Top 400 ENR Firm - Ground Up Projects

• Manage all phases of construction projects, from planning to completion.
• Develop project scopes, objectives, and detailed plans in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation to ensure successful delivery.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other professionals.
• Monitor project progress and promptly address any issues or delays.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members.
