Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day construction activities on ground-up multifamily developments.
  • Coordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, consultants, and internal project stakeholders.
  • Support project execution from groundbreaking through project completion.
  • Monitor budgets, schedules, project documentation, and quality control.
  • Assist with subcontractor management and field coordination.
  • Attend and participate in project meetings.
  • Maintain consistent communication across project teams to ensure successful execution.
  • Work onsite to proactively identify and resolve project challenges.

The Successful Applicant

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of construction project management experience.
  • Ground-up construction experience required.
  • Wood-frame multifamily construction experience strongly preferred.
  • Ability to work onsite in a fast-paced construction environment.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated accountability, professionalism, and commitment to team success.



Preferred Experience

  • Multifamily residential construction experience.
  • Desire to build a long-term career with one organization.
  • Team-oriented approach and willingness to learn from experienced construction leaders.
  • Interest in advancing into larger project and leadership responsibilities over time.

Compensation

  • Base salary starting at approximately $125,000+, depending on experience and qualifications.
