TOP Carolina GC seeking a Project Manager to oversee ground-up and renovation construction projects in the Raleigh market. This role offers the opportunity to manage multiple projects simultaneously while leading project teams and contributing to the successful delivery of complex healthcare and commercial builds.
  • Compensation up to $140K, ESOP ownership, company truck
  • Lead impactful healthcare and commercial projects up to $20M+

Job Description

  • Manage up to two construction projects simultaneously from preconstruction through closeout
  • Lead project teams, including Assistant Project Managers and Project Engineers
  • Oversee project budgets, schedules, subcontractor coordination, and client relationships
  • Drive project execution while maintaining safety, quality, and profitability goals
  • Collaborate with field operations and executive leadership to ensure successful project delivery
  • Work on a variety of project types with a strong emphasis on healthcare facilities and commercial construction
  • Participate in project planning, procurement, risk management, and stakeholder communication

The Successful Applicant

  • 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager within commercial construction
  • Proven experience delivering projects valued at $15M or greater
  • Healthcare construction experience strongly preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience leading project teams and mentoring junior staff
  • Must be based in or willing to relocate to the Raleigh, NC area
  • Ability to work fully onsite
