This $240M client is a full-service construction firm offering preconstruction, construction, design-build, general contracting and construction management services local to the Greater KC Area. They are looking to expand their team to support a strong project backlog in 2026. 95% of projects are negotiated work from industry referrals and a strong, well-known reputation.

Job Description

  • Leads project teams to ensure timely execution of all assigned tasks.
  • Establishes project budgets and manages cost.
  • Coaches, mentors, develops, and trains project management teams.
  • Maintains knowledge of contract requirements and addresses complex obstacles.
  • Maintains positive relationships with clients, owners, subcontractors, and design teams.
  • Ensures all risk management controls are implemented.
  • Manage and oversee construction projects from planning through completion.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field
  • 3-7+ years of construction project management experience
  • Ability to run personal projects start to finish
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple projects effectively
  • K-12 education, higher education, municipal, office, or healthcare project experience is preferred
