Job Description

As the Project Manager, reporting to a senior operations leader, you will have end‑to‑end responsibility for your assigned projects from pre‑construction through close‑out.

  • Lead overall project planning, scheduling, cost control, and execution
  • Manage project teams including Assistant Project Managers, Engineers, and Quality staff
  • Develop and maintain critical path schedules and detailed cost forecasts
  • Oversee subcontractor procurement, contract administration, and change management
  • Chair project meetings and act as the primary client point of contact
  • Partner closely with Superintendents to drive safety, quality, and productivity
  • Ensure successful project close‑out, including warranties, as‑builts, and final documentation

The Successful Applicant

For the Project Manager role, we are seeking:

  • 5-10 years of experience in ground‑up commercial construction
  • Proven delivery of retail, office, industrial, or similar commercial projects
  • Strong knowledge of budgeting, cost reporting, and subcontractor management
  • Experience using construction technology such as Procore, Primavera, BIM, or digital plan rooms
  • Ability to lead teams, influence stakeholders, and manage multiple priorities
  • Degree in Construction Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred
