Job Description

The Project Manager will report to Senior Operations Leadership and be responsible for overseeing warehouse, distribution center, and manufacturing projects from preconstruction through closeout. The Project Manager will play a key role in driving project performance, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring successful project delivery.

  • Manage ground-up warehouse, distribution, and manufacturing facility projects.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and procurement plans.
  • Lead subcontractor negotiations, contract administration, and change order management.
  • Coordinate closely with superintendents, owners, architects, and trade partners.
  • Monitor project financial performance and identify opportunities to improve profitability.
  • Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and in accordance with quality standards.
  • Drive project closeout activities and support long-term client relationships.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven Project Management experience with a commercial or industrial general contractor.
  • Experience delivering ground-up warehouse, distribution center, logistics, manufacturing, or industrial projects.
  • Strong understanding of project controls, budgeting, scheduling, and cost management.
  • Experience managing subcontractors, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
  • Knowledge of industrial construction methods and large-scale site development.
  • Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar construction management platforms.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills.
