With a team of about 40 employees and a reputation for employee retention (many team members have been with the company for 10+ years), they offer a collaborative, close-knit culture where ownership is accessible, and career growth is supported.Job DescriptionThe responsibilities of the Project Manager:Manage Project Schedule: Develop, monitor, and maintain project timelines to ensure construction activities are completed on schedule.Control Project Budget: Track costs, manage contracts, approve expenditures, and ensure the project remains within budget while identifying cost-saving opportunities.Coordinate Project Teams: Oversee communication and collaboration between owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and field staff.Ensure Quality and Safety Compliance: Monitor construction activities to ensure work meets project specifications, building codes, company quality standards, and safety requirements.Manage Project Risks and Issues: Identify potential project risks, resolve construction challenges, address change orders, and implement solutions to keep the project on track.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
