Project Manager- Well Established GC- Comp up to $155k

• Manage healthcare and commercial construction projects from planning through completion.
• Lead project teams to ensure schedules, budgets, safety standards, and quality expectations are met.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and field personnel throughout all project phases.
• Oversee project financials, procurement, change orders, and risk management activities.
• Utilize industry-standard construction management software, including Procore and related project management tools.
• Drive successful delivery of healthcare renovations and specialized medical facility projects, including X-ray rooms, cancer centers, pulmonary suites, and other healthcare environments.
• Maintain strong communication with stakeholders and provide regular project updates.
• Report directly to senior leadership and collaborate closely with operational teams.
• Support multiple projects located throughout Connecticut while being based out of the Hartford office.
