With a healthy backlog of work and consistent growth over the past 15+ years, they offer a stable environment where employees and culture come first.Job DescriptionManage healthcare and commercial construction projects from planning through completion.Lead project teams to ensure schedules, budgets, safety standards, and quality expectations are met.Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and field personnel throughout all project phases.Oversee project financials, procurement, change orders, and risk management activities.Utilize industry-standard construction management software, including Procore and related project management tools.Drive successful delivery of healthcare renovations and specialized medical facility projects, including X-ray rooms, cancer centers, pulmonary suites, and other healthcare environments.Maintain strong communication with stakeholders and provide regular project updates.Report directly to senior leadership and collaborate closely with operational teams.Support multiple projects located throughout Connecticut while being based out of the Hartford office.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. MPI encourages applications from minorities, women, the disabled, protected veterans and all other qualified applicants.The Successful ApplicantMust-Have Qualifications5+ years of Project Management experience within the construction industry.Experience managing commercial construction projects.Ability to oversee project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client relationships.Strong communication and leadership skills.Ability to commute to the Hartford, CT office and project locations throughout Connecticut.Preferred QualificationsHealthcare construction experience.Experience working on medical facility renovations or specialized healthcare environments.Familiarity with Procore and other construction management software.Experience managing projects valued up to $30M.What's on OfferCompensation: $130,000 - $160,000 base salary, plus vehicle allowance, annual bonus, comprehensive benefits, and 4% 401(k) match.Location: Hartford, CT (onsite) with project responsibilities throughout Connecticut.Interview Process: Virtual meeting with leadership, followed by an onsite interview and offer stage.Interested?
