• Direct industrial construction projects up to $75M.
• Coordinate preconstruction efforts.
• Manage schedules and budgets.
• Develop bid packages and negotiate contracts.
• Review estimates and project scopes.
• Monitor field productivity and costs.
• Collaborate with superintendents and owners.
• Manage procurement and long-lead materials.
• Track change orders and project forecasts.
• Lead client meetings and reporting.
• Maintain project documentation and compliance records.
