Job Description

The Project Manager will support the on‑site project team throughout all phases of construction for a large scale, garden‑style multifamily development.Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting day‑to‑day construction operations on a fully on‑site basis
  • Assisting with scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and material procurement
  • Reviewing submittals, RFIs, and change orders alongside senior project leadership
  • Helping ensure quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to project timelines
  • Coordinating with superintendents, consultants, and internal stakeholders
  • Providing administrative and technical support to keep the project on track

The Successful Applicant

4-7 years of experience in construction or project management

Background in ground‑up construction; wood‑frame multifamily (strongly preferred)

Experience in new construction multifamily, hotel, or commercial projects (preferred)

Comfortable working 100% on‑site

Detail‑oriented, proactive, and eager to grow within a large construction platform

Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with field and office teams

  • Base salary: $110,000 - $140,000
