Job Description



  • Full Lifecycle Stewardship: Direct high-value commercial builds from preconstruction through final closeout, maintaining an uncompromising focus on fiscal responsibility and schedule integrity.


  • Stakeholder Synergy: Orchestrate seamless collaboration between clients, design professionals, and trade partners to align project goals and drive world-class results.


  • Precision Project Controls: Masterfully manage complex budgets, critical-path scheduling, and the RFI/submittal lifecycle to mitigate risk and prevent scope creep.


  • Field-Office Integration: Partner with field leadership to synchronize site operations with project milestones, ensuring "boots on the ground" execution matches executive strategy.


  • Safety & Quality Advocacy: Uphold a "zero-defect" culture by enforcing rigorous safety protocols and premium quality standards across all project phases.

  • Proven Industry Tenure: 5+ years of dedicated experience spearheading commercial construction projects with a focus on high-stakes project ownership.


  • Sector Specialization: Demonstrated success in delivering complex builds within the Healthcare, Education, or Light Industrial sectors.


  • Technical Command: Expert-level fluency in construction documentation, critical-path scheduling, and sophisticated fiscal management tools.


  • Executive Communication: Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with a track record of building high-trust relationships with clients and stakeholders.


  • Operational Agility: Proven ability to synchronize competing priorities and drive "zero-defect" results within high-tempo, deadline-driven environments.
