Job Description

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously from preconstruction through completion
  • Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and cost forecasts
  • Coordinate closely with superintendents, subcontractors, architects, and clients
  • Lead subcontractor buyout, contract negotiations, and procurement processes
  • Monitor project financials, including change orders and cost control
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality expectations, and regulatory requirements
  • Facilitate regular project meetings and provide clear communication to stakeholders
  • Proactively identify risks and implement solutions to keep projects on track

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction
  • Required: Experience managing healthcare or higher education construction projects
  • Strong understanding of ground-up and renovation work
  • Proficiency in project management software and construction documentation
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and multiple priorities effectively
