Job Description

  • Lead end-to-end project delivery, from initiation through closure
  • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in alignment with business objectives
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Track progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
  • Ensure clear and consistent communication across all levels of the organization
  • Manage project documentation, status reporting, and executive updates
  • Drive continuous process improvement and best practices in project management
  • Facilitate meetings, workshops, and decision-making sessions

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in project management or a related role
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana, Smartsheet)
  • PMP certification or equivalent is a plus
