Job Description

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee all phases of construction projects from initiation to completion.
  • Develop project schedules and budgets while ensuring adherence to timelines and financial constraints.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met.
  • Monitor on-site activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Manage procurement of materials and resources for project execution.
  • Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders regularly.
  • Identify and resolve project risks and issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records for all project phases.
