Job Description

The Commercial Construction Project Manager will report into senior leadership and be responsible for the successful delivery of assigned projects from inception to completion, including:

  • Leading all phases of project execution, including preconstruction, budgeting, scheduling, and closeout
  • Managing client relationships and acting as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle
  • Coordinating with internal teams, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure project milestones are met
  • Overseeing project financials, including cost tracking, forecasting, and change management
  • Driving schedule adherence and proactively mitigating risks to maintain project timelines
  • Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
  • Mentoring and supporting junior team members and contributing to team development

The Successful Applicant

For the Commercial Construction Project Manager we are seeking:

  • Proven experience managing commercial construction projects, ideally including technically complex or specialized facilities
  • Strong background in ground-up construction and/or large-scale renovations
  • Experience in laboratory, healthcare, mission-critical, or highly regulated environments is preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, schedules, and client relationships effectively
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with construction management software and project controls tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
