They work on projects where quality, craftsmanship, design execution, and attention to detail are paramount, making this an excellent opportunity for a PM looking to work on some of NYC's most sophisticated interiors.Job DescriptionAs Project Manager, you will be responsible for:Take ownership of projects from preconstruction through completion and closeoutDevelop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and procurement plansManage subcontractors, vendors, architects, designers, consultants, and client representativesLead project meetings and maintain clear communication among all stakeholdersReview drawings, specifications, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and contract documentsMonitor project costs, commitments, changes, and overall financial performanceCoordinate long-lead materials, specialty trades, and critical procurement itemsWork closely with the Superintendent to coordinate field operations and project sequencingIdentify potential schedule, budget, and design issues and develop solutions proactivelyMaintain project documentation and provide regular progress updates to ownershipManage project closeout, punch list, commissioning, and turnoverUtilize Procore or comparable construction management softwareMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
