Known for their collaborative culture, commitment to quality, and focus on client satisfaction, they offer employees the opportunity to work on high-profile projects while advancing their careers in a stable and growing organization.Job DescriptionLead healthcare construction projects from preconstruction through final completion.Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and cost controls.Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, consultants, and facility staff.Manage subcontractor procurement, contracting, and performance.Ensure compliance with healthcare-specific regulations, standards, and safety requirements.Monitor project progress and proactively address schedule, quality, and budget challenges.Review drawings, specifications, contracts, and project documentation.Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders.Manage change orders, RFIs, submittals, and document control processes.Oversee quality assurance and quality control initiatives.Ensure projects are executed safely and in accordance with company policies and OSHA standards.Support business development efforts by maintaining strong client relationships and identifying future opportunities.Coordinate project closeout activities, punch list completion, and turnover documentation.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
