Project Manager

• Manage high-end residential interior gut renovation projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Take ownership of project budgets, schedules, contracts, and overall financial performance.
• Coordinate architects, interior designers, engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Review drawings and specifications and proactively identify potential issues.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, procurement, and project documentation.
• Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication with clients and project stakeholders.
• Work closely with the Superintendent to ensure quality, schedule, and coordination requirements are met.
• Monitor project progress, costs, and schedules while proactively addressing potential delays.
• Maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients throughout the construction process.
• Oversee punch list, closeout, and final turnover.
