The firm specializes in complex interior gut renovations of luxury penthouses, townhomes, brownstones, and high-end apartments throughout Manhattan, working directly with high-net-worth individuals, leading architects, and premier design firms.Job DescriptionManage high-end residential interior gut renovation projects from preconstruction through closeout.Take ownership of project budgets, schedules, contracts, and overall financial performance.Coordinate architects, interior designers, engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and vendors.Review drawings and specifications and proactively identify potential issues.Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, procurement, and project documentation.Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication with clients and project stakeholders.Work closely with the Superintendent to ensure quality, schedule, and coordination requirements are met.Monitor project progress, costs, and schedules while proactively addressing potential delays.Maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients throughout the construction process.Oversee punch list, closeout, and final turnover.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
