Job Description

  • Manage high-end residential projects from preconstruction through completion
  • Oversee project budgets, schedules, contracts, and procurement
  • Coordinate architects, designers, consultants, subcontractors, and vendors
  • Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders
  • Review drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
  • Monitor project costs and financial performance
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules
  • Ensure quality, craftsmanship, and project standards are consistently met
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders
  • Anticipate project challenges and proactively develop solutions

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager applicant should have:

  • 5+ years of construction project management experience preferred
  • High-end residential interior experience required
  • Experience with custom townhomes, brownstones, penthouses, or luxury apartments strongly preferred
  • Proven experience managing complex gut renovations
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, sequencing, and coordination
  • Excellent communication and client-management skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
