As part of its long-term strategic vision, the organization is actively progressing toward becoming a fully employee-owned company.Driven by continued growth and a robust project pipeline, this opportunity is available immediately, and the team is prepared to move quickly through the hiring process.Job DescriptionThe Project Manager-Top 400 ENR / Family Owned GC-Charlotte will oversee projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring delivery on schedule, within budget, and aligned with client expectations.Key responsibilities include:Managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationshipsLeading internal project teams and maintaining communication across stakeholdersDriving quality control and risk managementMaintaining a strong customer-focused approach throughout the project lifecycleReview and manage change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation.This is not a project-type specific hire.
