Job Description

The Project Manager's Key Responsibilities

Lead large-scale, ground-up commercial, healthcare, and education projects from preconstruction through final completion
Report directly to the Director and President of Construction, with strong visibility and access to senior leadership
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle
Own key project controls including contracts, RFIs, submittals, change orders, scheduling, quality, and safety
Partner closely with estimating and procurement during preconstruction to drive successful project execution
Manage projects $20M+ in value backed by a strong $500M+ project pipeline

The Successful Applicant

The Successful Project Manager

5+ years of construction project management experience, with a strong background in ground-up commercial construction
Proven ability to independently manage projects from preconstruction through closeout, including budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships
Proficiency with Procore, MS Project, or comparable construction management software
Strong understanding of building codes, permitting, safety requirements, and overall construction processes
Previous experience in estimating or field supervision is a strong plus
