With a strong reputation for quality craftsmanship, attention to detail, and exceptional client service, the company is looking to add an experienced Project Manager to its growing team.Job DescriptionAs Project Manager, you will be responsible for the following:Manage high-end residential gut renovations throughout Manhattan and BrooklynOversee projects from preconstruction through final completion and closeoutDevelop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost reportsManage subcontractors, vendors, and material procurementCoordinate with architects, designers, engineers, consultants, and homeownersReview drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and change ordersConduct project meetings and maintain clear communication with all stakeholdersTrack project progress, costs, materials, and long-lead itemsIdentify and resolve project issues while maintaining schedule and budgetManage client expectations and provide consistent project updatesEnsure work meets project specifications, quality standards, and applicable requirementsLead project closeout and ensure all punch-list items are completedMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
