Job Description

As Project Manager, you will be responsible for

  • Manage luxury custom home construction and renovation projects
  • Oversee projects from preconstruction through final completion
  • Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, architects, designers, and consultants
  • Manage procurement, material selections, deliveries, and long-lead items
  • Review plans, specifications, shop drawings, and project documentation
  • Conduct regular project meetings and maintain clear communication with stakeholders
  • Track project costs, changes, progress, and overall performance
  • Identify and resolve construction issues throughout the project
  • Maintain strong relationships with homeowners and project stakeholders
  • Ensure work meets the company's standards for quality, craftsmanship, and schedule
  • Manage punch list, closeout, and final turnover

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

5+ years of construction experience, preferably with a custom home builder or residential GC

Experience managing high-end custom homes and/or luxury residential renovations

Strong knowledge of residential construction processes from foundation through finish

Experience working with architects, interior designers, subcontractors, and homeowners

Strong understanding of project schedules, budgets, procurement, and cost control

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities

Proficiency with construction management software preferred

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred
