The business has built a reputation for delivering quality projects while maintaining a collaborative, relationship-driven culture, with a portfolio spanning a variety of commercial developments and a continued pipeline of work.Job DescriptionManage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets and procurement plans.Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, consultants, owners and project stakeholders.Review plans, specifications, RFIs, submittals and change orders.Monitor project costs, quality, safety and schedule performance.Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication with project stakeholders.Identify and resolve project issues, risks and conflicts proactively.Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure contractual requirements are met.Support estimating, preconstruction and business-development activities where required.Drive projects through successful completion while maintaining client relationships.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
