This position offers a high level of autonomy and direct impact on the successful delivery of commercial construction projects.Prepare conceptual, budgetary, and hard-bid estimates for commercial construction projectsReview plans, specifications, and scope documents to develop accurate cost projectionsSolicit and evaluate subcontractor and vendor proposalsManage multiple ground-up and tenant improvement projects simultaneouslyOversee budgets, schedules, procurement, subcontractor management, and project executionMaintain strong relationships with clients, architects, consultants, and trade partnersMonitor project performance and ensure successful completion on time and within budgetMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
