Project Manager/Estimator - Little Rock

Reporting to senior operations leadership, the Project Manager / Estimator will oversee the full project lifecycle, from initial pricing and bid preparation through project execution and closeout. This role is ideal for a construction professional who enjoys both preconstruction and project management responsibilities.

• Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and bid proposals for commercial construction projects.
• Review drawings, specifications, and subcontractor/vendor pricing to develop competitive estimates.
• Lead project planning, scheduling, procurement, and subcontractor coordination.
• Manage project budgets, change orders, forecasting, and cost control activities.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and trade partners.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Provide regular project updates, reporting, and risk mitigation strategies to leadership.
