Job Description

As Public School Construction Project Manager - Greenwich, CT, you will:

    • Manage public school construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
    • Oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractors, procurement, and client communications.
    • Coordinate with school districts, architects, consultants, and municipal stakeholders.
    • Lead project meetings and ensure compliance with public bidding and project requirements.
    • Review change orders, cost reports, contracts, and project forecasts.
    • Work closely with field teams to maintain quality, safety, and schedule performance.
    • Ensure projects are successfully delivered while minimizing disruptions to occupied school environments.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Public School Construction Project Manager - Greenwich, CT candidate will have:

    • 5+ years of Project Management experience with a General Contractor.
    • Proven experience managing K-12 public school construction projects.
    • Strong understanding of public sector construction procedures and documentation.
    • Experience with renovations, additions, occupied facilities, and phased construction.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
    • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
