Job Description

  • Lead day‑to‑day management of a $34M occupied school / public building renovation
  • Partner closely with the assigned Project Executive and the VP of Development & Preconstruction throughout project delivery
  • Oversee project budgeting, cost controls, forecasting, and change management
  • Manage schedules, procurement, subcontractor coordination, and on‑site execution
  • Drive communication with public owners, consultants, inspectors, and stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and public-sector reporting requirements
  • Support preconstruction and early procurement activities to maintain schedule certainty

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager on public-sector projects (strongly preferred)
  • Background in large‑scale renovations, school projects, or complex occupied remodels
  • Track record managing multimillion‑dollar projects with tight schedules and high visibility
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
  • Comfort working in a collaborative, hands‑on environment
  • Tech‑savvy approach to project controls, with experience using:
    • Procore (project management)
    • P6 (scheduling)
    • BIM / VDC workflows and digital coordination tools
  • Based in Boston or surrounding suburbs, ideally the North Shore, with the ability to be on‑site in Revere at least twice per week
