Job Description

  • Manage public-sector construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
  • Own schedules, pay applications, change orders, and contract compliance
  • Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and internal field teams
  • Ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, and documentation standards
  • Maintain clear communication with owners, inspectors, and stakeholders

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

  • 5-10+ years of commercial construction PM experience
  • 3+ years on public, municipal, healthcare, or institutional projects
  • Strong knowledge of contracts, documentation, and compliance
  • Detail-oriented with a disciplined, process-driven approach
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
