Job Description


  • Develop and enforce QA/QC programs, processes, and quality control requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct site inspections and oversee testing, startup, and commissioning activities to verify quality standards are achieved.
  • Review submittals, shop drawings, RFIs, and project records to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
  • Monitor construction activities to confirm adherence to contract documents, building codes, and industry best practices.
  • Work closely with project teams and subcontractors to address quality concerns and implement effective solutions.
  • Track quality deficiencies, maintain documentation, and assist in driving corrective actions to enhance overall project performance.

The Successful Applicant

  • Strong understanding of QA/QC procedures, inspection processes, and quality assurance practices within the construction industry.
  • Experience contributing to quality control initiatives on large, complex commercial construction projects.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with project teams, subcontractors, and clients.
  • Dedicated to maintaining high standards of quality and safety while proactively identifying issues and supporting compliance efforts.
  • Willing and able to travel as required to support project needs.
