Job Description

  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality standards in compliance with IATF requirements.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to address quality issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing processes and product quality.
  • Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics and generate detailed reports.
  • Support internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Train and guide team members on quality assurance best practices and procedures.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and drive initiatives to enhance efficiency.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing quality concerns and implementing solutions promptly.
