Job Description

  • Lead, maintain, and continuously improve the Quality Management System
  • Ensure quality principles are fully integrated across all operations
  • Own the Quality Manual and all supporting quality documentation
  • Analyze quality data, generate reports, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Manage and execute the Internal Quality Audit Program
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for supplier and vendor quality matters
  • Ensure compliance with AS9100 and ISO quality standards
  • Act as the Management Representative for all AS9100 and ISO activities
  • Oversee training related to inspections, process controls, and quality techniques
  • Perform quality inspections and final product checks when required

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience within the RF & microwave industry
  • Chip & wire experience required
  • Strong knowledge of industry drawing standards and military specifications
  • Experience interpreting customer specifications and statements of work
  • Background collaborating with purchasing and suppliers on quality requirements
  • Proven ability to define, implement, and document quality procedures
  • Experience supervising technical staff and quality inspections
  • Comfortable producing technical and management‑level reports
  • Confident working with customer auditors and managing corrective actions
