Job Description

  • Establish, manage, and continuously improve the Quality Management System
  • Ensure quality is embedded across all operational processes and functions
  • Maintain and publish the Quality Manual and supporting documentation
  • Collect, analyze, and report on quality metrics to drive improvements
  • Lead Internal Quality Audit programs and ensure audit readiness
  • Manage supplier quality communications and resolve QA issues
  • Deliver training programs on process control, inspection, and quality standards
  • Perform inspections, audits, and final product quality checks when required
  • Ensure compliance with AS9100 and ISO standards across all operations
  • Act as Management Representative for all quality-related certifications
  • Partner cross-functionally to define and implement quality procedures
  • Lead investigations into product non-conformances and corrective actions
  • Supervise technical staff conducting inspections and testing
  • Liaise with customers and auditors to ensure compliance and satisfaction

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or relevant industry experience
  • Experience within RF/Microwave or highly regulated manufacturing environments
  • Strong knowledge of industry drawing standards and MIL-STD specifications (e.g., MIL-STD-883, MIL-STD-38534)
  • Proven experience working with customer specifications and statements of work
  • Background collaborating with purchasing teams on supplier quality standards
  • Ability to develop and maintain quality procedures and documentation systems
  • Experience delivering training and identifying quality skill gaps
  • Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting performance data
  • Proven ability to oversee testing, inspection processes, and technical teams
  • Skilled in writing technical reports and managing audit processes
  • Experience working with external auditors and driving corrective actions
