This Quality Manager role owns and drives all quality systems, audits and improvement initiatives across a complex manufacturing operation. You'll use data, SPC and structured problem‑solving to raise standards, reduce risk and embed a culture of quality at every level.

Job Description

  • Own and continuously improve the Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO/IEC 17025 standards
  • Lead internal audits, manage corrective actions and prepare the site for external audits and recertifications
  • Analyse quality data and performance metrics to identify trends, risks and improvement opportunities
  • Partner with production and leadership teams to drive process improvements and reduce non‑conformance
  • Lead customer feedback and complaint investigations, turning insights into tangible improvements
  • Develop, track and communicate quality KPIs aligned to business objectives
  • Champion continuous improvement methodologies and embed a strong quality culture across the site

The Successful Applicant

  • 7-10 years' experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment
  • Strong working knowledge of ISO‑based quality systems and audit leadership
  • Proven ability to analyse complex data and implement effective corrective actions
  • Confident communicator with experience influencing cross‑functional teams
  • Hands‑on, detail‑driven mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
