Teams work collaboratively across functions to meet customer expectations and regulatory demandsJob DescriptionLead and maintain an AS9100-compliant Quality Management System (QMS)Act as the primary contact for internal, customer, and certification auditsOversee inspection, testing, and release processes to ensure product conformityEnsure First Article Inspections (FAI) are completed in accordance with AS9102 standardsDrive Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), including root cause analysis (8D, 5-Why)Chair the Material Review Board (MRB) and manage nonconforming product dispositionPartner with procurement to audit and approve suppliers and ensure material complianceManage calibration systems for inspection and measurement equipmentLead, mentor, and develop quality team membersAnalyze and report KPIs and Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ) metrics to leadershipMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
