North Jersey GC seeking an APM with expertise in multifamily construction - the company is in the middle of a growth period and has a large backlog of work! Founded by industry veterans, you'll be working with top tier construction pros who can guide and mold an APM into a strong PM who can run their own job.

In this position, you'll play a key role in identifying and securing top talent and will contribute significantly to our recruitment efforts.

This is a newly created position that will directly report into the Plant Manager of our clients Newark, NJ site. Role will oversee the 2 production shifts (1st & 2nd) and will be required to be on-site 5 days/week with a flexible schedule with hours per the needs of the business. Position will have 3 Direct Reports and 60 Indirect Reports across both shifts. Role will play a pivotal role in planning.
