Customers work with them because they are practical, dependable, and easy to do business with.Job DescriptionLead, coach, and develop the quality team, inspectors, engineers, and techniciansOwn the quality management system and keep it fully compliant with IATF 16949Act as the main customer contact for all quality topics, including complaints and auditsDrive root cause analysis using tools like 8D, 5 Why, and Fishbone, then make sure actions stickPartner with production to improve processes, reduce defects, and prevent repeat issuesOversee APQP, PPAP, control plans, PFMEAs, and change management activitiesReview quality data daily and turn trends into clear, practical actionsPrepare and lead internal, customer, and third-party auditsEscalate risks early and push for solutions that protect the customer and the businessMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
