Job Description

  • Coordinate high-volume interview scheduling across multiple teams and stakeholders
  • Manage candidate communications, including scheduling, confirmations, and interview logistics
  • Facilitate complex interview schedules and provide real-time support during interview days and final-round "Superdays"
  • Support campus recruiting initiatives, including networking events, presentations, internship programs, and recruiting programs
  • Plan and execute recruiting events, including venue coordination, catering, vendor management, and day-of logistics
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse)
  • Partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, business leaders, agencies, and external vendors
  • Deliver a best-in-class experience for candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the recruitment lifecycle

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 3+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, executive support, or administrative role
  • Financial services experience required
  • Experience supporting high-volume interview scheduling and complex calendars
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
  • Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems; Greenhouse experience strongly preferred
  • Strong Microsoft Office and Outlook skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Resourceful, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-moving environment
