Their products are designed to perform in conditions like washdowns, corrosion, and high vibration where off-the-shelf lighting simply doesn't hold up.

Job Description

This role centers on driving regional revenue growth through a channel-led sales strategy, balancing partner development with direct engagement on high-value opportunities. Success comes from building strong OEM and distributor relationships, activating underutilized channels, and executing a disciplined, data-driven sales approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business primarily through OEM partners and distributor networks, while supporting select direct end-user opportunities.
  • Create and execute joint business plans with partners to build pipeline and increase partner-sourced revenue
  • Work alongside partner sales teams to identify opportunities, progress deals, and close business.
  • Recruit new distributors, re-engage dormant accounts, and strengthen overall channel performance.
  • Serve as the primary field contact for OEM and distributor partners, building long-term, strategic relationships.
  • Deliver training, tools, and resources that improve partner effectiveness and product adoption.
  • Run regular business reviews with top partners to track progress, set targets, and drive accountability.
  • Develop a channel-focused regional plan using data insights, market feedback, and competitive intelligence.
  • Track opportunities, manage CRM data, and ensure accurate forecasting across all channels.
  • Partner with marketing, engineering, and inside sales to align go-to-market execution and support partner success.

The Successful Applicant

  • 7+ years of B2B sales experience, including meaningful exposure to channel-led sales (OEMs, distributors, or partners)
  • Proven ability to drive revenue growth through partners via joint business planning, co-selling, and pipeline development
  • Demonstrated success activating or scaling underperforming channels, including recruiting new partners and re-engaging dormant accounts
  • Experience selling technical or engineered products within industrial, manufacturing, or similar environments
  • Strong relationship management skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across OEMs, distributors, and multi-site customers
  • Commercially astute with experience managing pipeline, forecasting, and CRM systems
  • Comfortable operating across multiple sales motions, from strategic account development to partner enablement
  • Highly self-directed, results-oriented, and willing to travel within the Southern region
