Job Description

  • Plan, schedule, and manage all phases of residential construction projects.
  • Oversee subcontractors and ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Monitor project budgets and timelines, identifying and resolving potential issues proactively.
  • Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders.
  • Ensure all materials and resources are procured and delivered on schedule.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of project activities and communications.
  • Promote a culture of safety and quality on-site.
