Residential Construction Project Manager - Tiverton, RI

• Manage all phases of residential construction projects, from planning to completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely delivery of milestones.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met.
• Monitor project budgets and control costs while maintaining quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Communicate effectively with clients, providing regular updates on project progress.
• Conduct site visits to oversee work and address any issues promptly.
• Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders.
