Job Description

  • Manage residential construction projects, ensuring they meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Monitor site progress and resolve any issues or delays that may arise during construction.
  • Prepare and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reports for internal and client use.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes at all project sites.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to address their needs and provide project updates.
  • Manage procurement of materials and resources required for construction projects.
  • Ensure project documentation is accurate and up to date.
