Job Description

  • Manage all on-site construction activities to ensure timely project completion.
  • Oversee subcontractors, ensuring adherence to project plans, safety standards, and quality expectations.
  • Coordinate schedules, materials, and labor to optimize efficiency and minimize delays.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to verify progress and compliance with building codes and project specifications.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and project managers to address concerns and provide updates.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs and progress reports.
  • Identify and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process.
  • Ensure a safe work environment by enforcing safety protocols and addressing potential hazards.
