Job Description

  • Manage retail construction projects from preconstruction through completion
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field teams
  • Oversee interior finish-outs and select light industrial project components
  • Track schedules, budgets, and material procurement
  • Conduct job site walks and maintain safety and quality standards
  • Communicate project status with internal leadership and clients
  • Review drawings, scopes, and change orders
