Retail Construction Project Manager

• Manage end-to-end project lifecycle, including planning, execution, and completion of retail construction projects.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure project goals are met.
• Monitor project budgets and schedules, ensuring adherence to established timelines and financial constraints.
• Prepare and present project updates and reports to stakeholders.
• Oversee on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with safety standards and design specifications.
• Facilitate communication between all parties involved to resolve issues and ensure smooth project execution.
• Conduct quality checks and inspections to ensure the highest standards of construction are maintained.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations to ensure best practices in construction management.
