Job Description

  • Lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
  • Manage schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and site teams
  • Coordinate closely with owners, architects, and consultants
  • Ensure quality, safety, and compliance standards are consistently met
  • Proactively identify risks, resolve issues, and drive project performance

The Successful Applicant

  • 5-10 years of experience as a Project Manager with a commercial GC
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex scopes
  • Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
  • Experience delivering projects within Tennessee is a plus
