As a Retail Superintendent | Manhattan, NY you will:

• Manage all on-site retail construction activities
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and building management
• Maintain project schedules and milestone deadlines
• Ensure quality control and brand standards are met
• Enforce site safety and OSHA compliance
• Conduct progress meetings and provide project updates
• Resolve field issues and maintain project momentum
