Retail Traveling Superintendent - Southeast Travel

• Manage daily on-site construction activities to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to maintain efficient project workflows.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company policies.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and stakeholders to provide updates and resolve concerns.
• Oversee scheduling, budget management, and resource allocation for assigned projects.
• Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports and schedules.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment among team members.
