Job Description

  • Manage all phases of commercial and retail construction projects.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Lead subcontractor procurement and contract administration.
  • Coordinate with owners, architects, field staff, and subcontractors.
  • Monitor project financial performance and ensure profitability.
  • Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
  • Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of Project Management experience with a general contractor.
  • Experience managing commercial and retail construction projects.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency with construction management software.
